The stainless steel version of the 70 Series fixed flow regulator is required for use with reactive gas mixtures. Customizable flow rate between 0.1 LPM and 6.0 LPM.
The following reactive gases require the use of a stainless steel requlator: Ammonia, Chlorine, Ethylene Oxide, Hydrogen Chloride, Hydrogen Cyanide, Nitric Oxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, Phosphine and Silane.
